Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific booking.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, goods, or services of third-party vendors engaged by clients for their event.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, government orders or restrictions, public health emergencies, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, war, or other events commonly recognized as force majeure.
If a Force Majeure event prevents the Event from taking place on the scheduled date, the parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event to a mutually agreeable date within twelve (12) months, subject to venue availability. All payments made will be applied to the rescheduled date.
If rescheduling is not possible, any refund will be limited to amounts paid by the Client less any non-recoverable expenses, third-party costs already incurred on the Client's behalf, and the non-refundable Booking Fee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from a Force Majeure event.
